1. Information we collect

Nuvra is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect only what is necessary:

• Approximate location — blurred within 1.5km. Used only to show your state on the map.
• Emotional state — the emotion you share, expiring after 6 hours.
• Chat messages — stored temporarily, deleted on expiry.
• Anonymous identifier — a random Firebase ID with no personal data.

2. What we do NOT collect

• Real name, email or identity data (unless you voluntarily link Google)
• Browsing history
• Device contacts
• Photos outside persistent chats

3. Third-party services

Nuvra uses:

• Firebase (Google) — Anonymous auth, database and hosting.
• RevenueCat — In-app purchase management.
• Cloudinary — Image storage in persistent chats.
• Nominatim / OpenStreetMap — Geocoding.

4. Anonymity and accounts

By default your account is fully anonymous. You can optionally link Google to keep your data across devices.

5. Data retention

• Emotional states: 6 hours (auto-expiry)
• Ephemeral chats: 5 minutes without resonating, permanent if you both resonate
• Anonymous profile: until you delete your account
