Our commitment

Nuvra has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits or harms minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Age requirements

Nuvra is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

Prohibited content

The following is strictly prohibited on Nuvra:

• Content that sexualises, exploits or harms minors
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming, solicitation or predatory behaviour toward minors
• Any attempt at inappropriate contact with minors

Detection and reporting

Users can report inappropriate content directly in the app. All reports are reviewed promptly.

If we detect CSAM, we will immediately remove the content, ban the account and report to the NCMEC and relevant authorities.
